GamerGoods Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the rules for purchases made through dadeinokafifak.com. The seller is GamerGoods. Contact: hej@dadeinokafifak.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the following terms.

1. Placing Orders

Products, prices, and availability are presented on the shop website. An order is accepted after the customer provides the required details, selects a payment method, and receives confirmation. Prices are shown in PLN and include applicable taxes.

2. Payments

Customers may use the payment methods offered during checkout, including card, instant bank transfer, and BLIK. Order fulfilment begins after the payment provider confirms payment.

3. Delivery

We ship orders within Poland to an address or selected collection point. The estimated delivery time and cost are displayed before checkout. We send an email with a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.

4. Returns

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving a product. Returned goods should be complete and show no signs of use beyond what is necessary for a basic inspection. Custom-made products may not be eligible for return.

5. Complaints

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, contact hej@dadeinokafifak.com with the order number and a description of the issue. We review complaints within 14 days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. Placing fraudulent orders, disrupting the operation of the shop, and using the website unlawfully are prohibited.

7. Final Provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable Polish law, in particular consumer rights legislation and the Civil Code. Important changes to these terms will be announced on the shop website.
